Who We Are
Judith Creative, LLC is a New York–based creative agency. For the purposes of applicable data protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), Judith Creative, LLC is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@judithcreative.com.
Information We Collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and the site has no forms. The information we receive falls into two buckets: information collected automatically while you browse (analytics and standard server logs), and information you choose to send us (an email, or the details you enter when booking a call).
Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they found us. Google Analytics sets cookies (names beginning with _ga) that assign your browser a random identifier; they don't contain your name or email address. This data is processed on our behalf by Google LLC, which participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We are introducing a cookie consent banner that will let you accept or decline these cookies before any are set. In the meantime, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Booking a Call (Cal.com)
The "book a call" buttons on this site use Cal.com's scheduling widget. To protect your privacy, the widget only loads when you interact with a booking button — Cal.com receives nothing if you never use it. Any details you enter while booking (your name, email address, and meeting notes) are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
Hosting and Video Delivery
The site is hosted by Netlify, and project videos are streamed from Bunny.net's content delivery network. Like every web server, both receive your IP address and standard request data (such as browser type and the pages or files requested) in order to deliver the content and protect against abuse. We don't use this data to identify you.
When You Contact Us
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any ongoing work together. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking, and we don't share your contact details with anyone else.
How We Use Information
We use analytics to understand which work resonates and to improve the site, server logs to keep the site secure and fast, and contact details to respond to you. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@judithcreative.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Emails and booking records are kept only as long as we need them for the purposes described above.
Changes to This Policy
When our practices change, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted here rather than buried.
